Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

As refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received by us, we recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide The Connected Shop with the shipment tracking number.

Must be in brand new condition (unused, no scratches, scuff marks, dents, defects)

Not have been installed

MUST be in the original manufacturer box (no tape or shipping label on the original packaging)

No writing on the original packaging

May not have missing pieces

Returns that do not meet our policy will be mailed back to you, no refund will be issued.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing any parts, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Our store is not responsible for any stolen package claim once your item is indicated as delivered by your local delivery carrier. Please make sure your property and mailbox are secured before placing your order. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved, the item will be sent back to you.
